FRANKFURTERS AND LYONER SAUSAGES
Our German specialities are reworked in accordance with an exclusive Salumificio Valpolicella recipe in which the excellence of a century of tradition is perfectly blended with the superior quality of our carefully selected ingredients. The Frankfurters, made from exclusively pork, are the result of a highly exacting preparation process using natural means. The meat, which is very finely ground and dressed with herbs and spices, is worked and cooked to create products that are ideally prepared by grilling or steaming. The Lyoner sausages have a delicate flavour in the natural version or a more complex taste in a special version produced with olives and peppers.
The unmistakeably light consistency and delicate flavour of our Frankfurters and Lyoner sausages are the result of a painstaking preparation process carried out in strict compliance with the antique time-honoured recipes.
